Pilates Mat (kitchen chair required)

40 Minute Zoom Interactive session

Developed for students who are unable to get on/off the floor easily.

Using the fundamentals of Pilates Mat work, we stay seated on the dining room chair and use the Pilates Ring, ankle weights or long fitness straps to create resistance training needed. We also use the chair back for classical ballet barre exercises.

Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s or other balance and mobility concerns.

All sessions can be modified for the individual.
