Instructor Biography
Deborah has over 20 years of teaching Pilates and 40 years of classical dance training. Her journey began while teaching dance and started with an initial certification training program at Polestar Pilates. Her first studio operated in Denver, CO and included a Classical teacher training program. Deborah’s second studio opened in Maui, Hawaii which introduced her to the Stott Method. Deborah continues to use a creative approach, combined with the fundamentals of Pilates and Dance, to achieve a results driven repertoire. She focuses on the missing link between eastern and western medicine to help clients of all ages regain control of their body.
